I have a ge profile french door bottom freezer refrigerator.
Left refrigerator door open for an hour.
Anything wet soft leaking and thawed should be removed.
But the butter s gone a bit soft.
I have mince chicken and sausages in there.
My husband accidentally left the the refrigerator door partially open.
It wasn t wide open.
You will have to remove cover out of the back of the refrigerator so unplug the refrigerator first.
I didn t discover this until 7 hours later unfortunately.
It s still saying 5 degrees.
I already tossed the egg substitute but the milk was towards the back and still seemed fairly cold and isn t.
So my question is.

If the refrigerator door was left wide open most perishable foods would go bad if it was over 2 hours and the temperature did rise above 40 f 4 c.
Do i throw all food away.
