Leaving Garbage Outside Apartment Door

It was shocking to see some residents leave their trash bags outside the main door of the garbage chute room in the passage in spite of a notice that clearly indicates the procedures to be followed.

We state that in the lease that trash bags cannot be left outside an apartment for even 1 minute. While it is an eyesore it has only become a real problem recently because its hot outside. Every tenant has the same excuse. Make them pick it up and put the trash where it belongs the trashcan.
